Hotel regulations

1. General information

1.1. These regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying at the Solny Hotel at ul. Grottgera 27 in Wieliczka.

1.2. A guest within the meaning of these regulations is any person using the hotel's services on the basis of a reservation.

1.3. These regulations apply to all guests staying at the Hotel.

1.4. By making a reservation and paying for their stay, guests accept these regulations.

2. Booking and payments

2.1. Reservations can be made via the website, e-mail or telephone, booking portals and other intermediaries.

2.2. The hotel stay must be paid for in advance, at least 24 hours before the planned check-in.

2.3. Cancellation of a reservation is possible in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reservation (refund policy).

2.4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of non-payment.

3. Hotel check-in and check-out times

3.1. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day.

3.2. The hotel operates a self-check-in system: No later than 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, the guest will receive an SMS with an access code to the facility/room. The code is valid for the duration of the reservation.

If you have not received an SMS/email with the code by 1:00 p.m., please check the following first:

a). Is the phone number/email address provided for the reservation correct?

b). Check if the email is in your spam folder.

c) If the booking was made through an external booking portal, check the correspondence on your profile in the booking message window. The hotel leaves a magnetic card in the room for the guest, which, after the first check-in with the code, the guest can use throughout their stay to open the facility and their room. The card should be returned at check-out at the reception desk or left in the room if check-out takes place after reception hours.

3.3. In the event of early arrival, the guest may request early access to the room - this is possible subject to availability.

3.4. Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement at the reception desk until 10:00 a.m. and may incur an additional fee.

4. Rights and obligations of Guests

4.1. Guests are required to:

Observe quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Keep their rooms and common areas tidy and clean.

Only registered guests may use the access code.

4.2. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment and technical devices caused by them or their visitors.

4.3. In the event of damage, the Hotel will charge the Guest for the repair costs.

4.4. Smoking and the use of open flames are prohibited on the hotel premises. A contractual penalty of PLN 500 shall be imposed for violating the smoking ban.

4.5. Animals are allowed to stay at the hotel only after prior agreement and may be subject to additional charges.

4.6. It is forbidden to organise noisy parties in rooms and common areas without prior agreement with the hotel. Violation of this prohibition may result in immediate termination of the accommodation contract.

4.7 No more people than specified in the reservation may stay overnight in the room, under penalty of immediate termination of the accommodation contract.

5. Rights and obligations of the Hotel

5.1. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not deposited at the reception desk (or in the safe, if available).

5.2. The hotel has the right to refuse further services to anyone who violates the rules, especially the rules of social coexistence, safety, or order.

5.3. The hotel has the right to demand that a guest who violates the rules leave the premises immediately.

5.4. In the event of loss of the room card, the hotel has the right to charge a fee of PLN 100.00.

5.5 The hotel car park is unguarded. The hotel is not responsible for vehicles left in the car park or items left in them.

6. Safety

6.1. If you lose your access code, please contact the hotel staff immediately at 539 814 586.

6.2. Health and safety and fire safety rules apply in the hotel. In the event of a fire or other emergency, please notify the relevant services and hotel staff immediately.

6.3 The hotel premises are covered by video surveillance to ensure the safety of guests and the protection of property.

7. Items left behind

7.1. Personal items left by the Guest in the room after check-out will be stored by the hotel for 14 days.

7.2. Items can be sent to the address provided at the Guest's expense.

8. Complaints

8.1. Please send any comments or complaints regarding your stay by email to: locum@hotelsolny.pl or by phone: 539 814 586.

8.2. Complaints will be considered immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of submission.

9. Protection of personal data

9.1. The administrator of personal data is Aktywni Travel Kamil Pasek at ul. Grottgera 27, 32-020 Wieliczka, NIP: 6831931483

9.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the contract for the provision of hotel services in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

9.3. Guests have the right to access and correct their data.

10. Final provisions

10.1. The regulations are available on the hotel's website, at the facility and sent to the Guest upon request.

10.2. By making a reservation and paying for their stay, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the regulations.

10.3. In matters not covered by the regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
